2020年5月1日至5月3日,开云真人以充电学习的方式迎接2020年五一劳动节,组织了优秀管理干部到余姚市健峰管理培训学校进行了为期三天的“开云真人公司优秀干部管理能力提升特训班”包班培训活动,车间管理人员、班组长、仓库主管及品质管理人员、优秀储备干部等43人参加了此次培训。本次活动以“企业基石,发展先驱”为口号,以封闭式半军事化的培训方式,为进一步强化管理人员对企业管理的系统认知,提高管理水平,强化团队建设奠定了良好基础。

本次培训得到了公司领导的高度重视,开云真人董事长袁董出席了开班仪式并致辞,具体宣布了公司未来五年的总体规划和战略目标,特别是具体讲到了关于六大核心竞争力建设(良好的客户关系、精密的制造能力、强大的品质保证、精确的成本控制、准时的交付能力、高效的研发能力)。袁董还表示:公司特利用这个休养期间来组织本次包班培训,给管理干部们赋能,储蓄力量,希望大家能充分认识这次培训班的重要意义,倍加珍惜难得的学习机会,转变身份,当好“学生”,保持空杯心态,吸取健峰老师身上的知识,真正做到学有所得、学有所思、学有所悟,学有所行动,努力实现学以致用,学用相长。同时,要求全体学员能够自觉遵守学校的各项管理制度,严守学习纪律,真正做到静下心来,潜心学习,在学习培训中展示开云真人管理人员的良好形象。袁董的一席话鼓舞了在场所有开云真人参训人员的士气。

After three days of careful teaching by teachers and intense and serious study by students, the training ended on the afternoon of May 3 and a closing ceremony was held.
